Life has always been hard for Cabal. Born a halfbreed to a
vampire mother, he was already living on the edges of his post
apocalyptic world.
He holds his father (a human who became his mother's Sireling)
responsible for his mother's dive into insanity. He has spent a
considerable portion of his life after the vampire renate.
In his search, he is lead to Muerte Del Diablos, a remote cave
with a reputation locally - a spiritual place. It is here where he
gets drawn into an adventure not of his own choosing, picked by
an ancient vampire in the past to protect her from her enemies.
